JOB DETAILS:
Zambia Medicines and Medical Supplies Agency is the largest pharmaceutical and medical distributor in Zambia. It contributes to the pharmaceutical component of health care provision in Zambia through: -
• Procurements of Essential Medicines and Medical Supplies on behalf of the Government
• Warehousing of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies
• Distribution of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies to all public health facilities
• Monitoring of usage trends and analyzing of logistics information
• Maintaining existing and establishing new relationships with stakeholders and partners in order to develop supply chain services in line with existing and future needs .

In order to enhance our services, we are seeking to employ for the following position:
1. Hub Managers (x2)- Mpika and Choma hubs
• Minimum qualifications Must have a Grade 12 certificate with Five Credits or better, Degree in Pharmacy and a supply chain management related qualification, with a minimum of six (6) years' work experience in the Health Supply Chain Sector

2. Customer Service Officer (x2)-Kabompo and Luanshya Hubs
• Minimum Qualifications: Must have a Grade 12 certificate with Five Credits or better, Diploma in Pharmacy and a minimum of 2 years customer service experience

3. Finance and Administration Officer (X3) - Mpika, Chipata and Mongu hubs
• Minimum Qualifications: Must have a Grade 12 certificate with Five Credits or better, ZICA II, ACCA IL CIMA II, Diploma in Finance Management or a related qualification. Two (2) years relevant work experience.

4. Procurement Assistant (X1)-ZAMMSA HQ
• Minimum Qualifications. Must have a Grade 12 certificate with Five Credits or better, a Diploma in Purchasing and Supply or equivalent. Two (2) years relevant work experience.

5. Data Analyst (Partner supported short term contract) X 2
• Minimum Qualifications: Must have a Grade 12 certificate with Five Credits or better, Diploma in Pharmacy and a minimum of 1 year work experience

6. Outbound Officer (Partner supported short term contract) X1
• Minimum Qualifications: Must have a Grade 12 certificate with Five Credits or better, Diploma in Biomedical Science or Laboratory Science and a minimum of 1 year work experience
