Our client is an insurance company and is currently seeking to hire 30 direct sales representatives
These positions are strictly commission based
Position: 30 Direct Sales Representatives
All candidates will be working from their locations

Responsibilities
– Advice on insurance coverage
– Maintain client records
– Building rapport with customers
– Develop marketing plans or strategies
– Handling insurance claims
– Implementing strategies to sell insurance
– Prepares insurance proposals
– Understand client needs and provide solutions
– Customize programs to cover client risks
– Determine customer needs
– Handle policy sales and renewals
– Identify potential customers

Requirements and skills
– Goal-oriented
– Excellent skills in communication and presentation
– Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
– Should be 23 years old and above
