Gardeners:
• Maintain lawns, flower beds, and outdoor areas.
• Water plants, mow grass, and trim hedges.
• Weed, plant, and fertilize as necessary to keep landscapes healthy and attractive.
• Ensure tools and gardening equipment are kept clean and in good condition.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial services, or gardening is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and landscaping.
• Physical stamina to handle the demands of the role.
