JOB DETAILS:
Our client, a reputable hospitality company, is looking for a vibrant and dynamic Guest Relations and Rooms Manager to join their team on a temporal contract from April to October
You are responsible for the guests experience during their stay at the lodge and your areas of responsibility are the accommodation rooms (guests and guides), the shop and all public rooms and areas at the lodge (main building, gymnasium/spa, summer house, snooker room, gazebo and swimming pool) and laundry. You will have a number of staff from those areas to manage.
There are a number of activities sold to the guests during their stay with us and we would like you to experience these so that you are able to recommend them on. These activities include rafting, helicopter flights, game walks, elephant experiences etc.
Key Skills
• Experience as a Guest Relations or Hospitality Manager.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Great leadership skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• People person

Qualifications
• 2 Years of Experience
• Previous experience working in a 5 star Lodge of international standard
Education Requirement: No Requirements
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
