JOB DESCRIPTION
Job title: HER Storeman
Purpose
• To coordinate and arrange HER spare parts and repair items to and from Kansanshi and FQM Warehouse. Input accurate data into the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system to enable accurate reporting and decision making by peers. Responsible for inputting all change request work orders in the system and updating indexes and compiling files for change request project. (change proposals) .

Key Responsibilities
• Raising, printing & Closing all types of Work Orders
• Approving Work Orders where necessary (where Work Requests are raised)
• Raising and printing picking slips
• Raising Purchase Requisitions
• Updating Maintenance Manuals Indexes
• Running Daily/Monthly Maintenance Reports
• Filing
• Assisting Planners\HOD with System Queries
• Issuing and recording of documents in Technical library
• Submitting weekly timesheet and overtime requests
• Maintaining tool and buffer stores
• Maintain individual tool checklist
• Maintain special tool availability and checklist
• General office duties. i.e. photocopying, binding documents, etc;

Qualifications
• Grade 12 Certificate
• HER Trade Certificate
• Typing Skills to 35 words per minute
Experience
• Previous office environment work. Computer literacy. Data capturing experience.
• Use of PRONTO will be an added advantage.
