JOB DETAILS:
This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer. .

CORE PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
• To direct the provision of the complete range of IT communications, hardware and software services required by the the company operations and offices.
• To define IT policies and standards for the business, and set the strategic direction for IT, in alignment with the objectives of the company.
• To develop, optimise and integrate business systems and processes
• The IT Manager is the responsible for information security, across the corporate network. • Key Performance Areas/Indicators (KPA/Is):
• High system availability
• Resolution of items identified in IT System audits
• Delivery of agreed capital projects in a timely and cost effective fashion
• System optimisation and automation, especially with regard to the ERP
• Service management and service delivery
• Vendor management
• Professional and Academic Qualifications:
• Tertiary Qualifications in IT and Business/Finance
