As part of our expansion plan, we are seeking dynamic and results-driven individual to apply for the position of Corporate Account Manager and Field Sales Executives to help accelerate the adoption of clean energy solutions. 01. Corporate Account Manager
Reports to: Sales & Marketing Manager
As a Corporate Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption of clean energy solutions among medium to large enterprises. Your focus will be on building and managing strategic relationships with corporate clients, understanding their unique energy needs and delivering tailored renewable energy solutions that support their sustainability goals. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor and sales leader, guiding clients through the full business development lifecycle—from opportunity identification and proposal development to negotiation and closing of high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to acquire, retain and grow key corporate clients.
- Engage with senior decision-makers (CEOs, CFOs, Procurement Heads, etc.) to understand their energy requirements and sustainability targets.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to maximize value while ensuring alignment with customer objectives.
- Strong B2B relationship builder, skilled at managing and growing key accounts with professionalism and care
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and unlock long-term business opportunities.
- Excellent communicator and negotiator who can engage with senior stakeholders, present complex solutions, and close high-value deals.
- Insight-driven, able to analyse client energy needs and propose tailored renewable energy solutions that align with business goals.
- Well-versed in corporate procurement cycles, proposal writing, and CRM tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Energy, Engineering, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management or business development—preferably in the energy, technology or sustainability sectors.
- Proven ability to build strategic client relationships and close high-value deals.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of corporate procurement processes and renewable energy solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passion for clean energy, sustainability and innovation.
02. Field Sales Executive
Reports to Sales & Marketing Manager
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be on the frontlines of our mission to bring clean, affordable energy to households and small businesses. You will be responsible for actively engaging with potential customers in various communities, educating them on the benefits of solar energy and battery storage and driving sales through direct, face-to-face interactions. You’ll work independently in the field, supported by a team that values energy, integrity and local market knowledge. This role is perfect for a driven sales professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives through sustainable energy.
Key responsibilities:
- Goal-oriented and self-driven, with a proven track record of hitting field sales targets in fast-paced environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills — able to connect with clients in person, build trust and maintain lasting relationships.
- Energetic and mobile, comfortable working in diverse locations and engaging in face-to-face sales interactions.
- Quick learner who can confidently communicate the value of solar, battery storage and other renewable energy solutions to both residential and small business clients.
- Hands-on problem solver with a can-do attitude and a deep understanding of local market dynamics.
- Provide feedback from the field to help improve product offerings, pricing strategies, and customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using mobile or digital tools provided.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (Bachelor’s degree is an added advantage)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in field or direct sales, preferably in renewable energy
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently engage clients
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in high-paced environments
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented,and able to work independently
- Familiarity with clean energy products is a plus — training will be provided
