Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Organic Farming Instructor to join our dynamic training team. As an Organic Farming Instructor, you will play a critical role in shaping the next generation of farming professionals by delivering high-quality, engaging, and hands-on training. You will report directly to the principal and work collaboratively with the training coordinator and a team of educators to uphold our organization’s commitment to excellence in farming education.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Organic Farming Instructor, you will:
• Design and deliver hands-on training sessions on organic farming principles and techniques.
• Develop and implement course materials, lesson plans, and assessments.
• Teach a range of topics, including:
• Soil management
• Crop rotation
• Composting
• Pest control
• Sustainable farming practices
• Guide students in practical fieldwork to apply theoretical knowledge.
• Foster an engaging and supportive learning environment that encourages curiosity and participation.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure skill mastery.
• Stay updated on the latest organic farming trends and integrate new methodologies into the curriculum.
• Collaborate with fellow instructors and staff to enhance program quality.

Qualifications:
• A strong background in organic farming, agriculture, or a related field (formal qualifications preferred).
• Practical experience in sustainable farming methods.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills.
• Ability to design engaging, practical, and interactive lesson plans.
• Certification in organic farming practices is a plus.
• Previous teaching or mentoring experience is desirable but not mandatory.
