JOB DETAILS:
Purpose
To provide a professional and welcoming first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff. The role involves managing front desk operations, ensuring effective communication, maintaining office organization, and offering administrative support to various departments. Specifically, the receptionist will: -Welcome guests and ensure a positive first impression. -Handle correspondence, including mail and emails. -Maintain office supplies and inventory. -Schedule appointments and manage calendars. -Keep the reception area tidy and organized. -Provide administrative support such as data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing. -Communicate effectively via email, phone, or in person to deliver accurate information.
Qualification Requirement
The qualification requirements for the Receptionist position are as follows: -Grade 12 Certificate -Diploma in secretarial, office management, business studies, or any other related field. -Driving License (mandatory). -A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role. Additionally, the candidate should possess the following skills: -Good communication (verbal and written). -Attention to detail. -Active listening. -Multitasking. -Customer service orientation. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office. -Familiarity with office equipment (phone system, printers, scanners, etc.). -Problem-solving ability.
Experience Requirement
