Job Description:
CTPD is seeking a skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team and support the front desk operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
• Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to visitors and callers.
• Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
