JOB DETAILS:
Our client is looking for a Technical Training/Learning & Development Coordinator to join their team
Responsibilities
• Identify and assess future and current training needs through training needs analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with Managers.
• Works with all relevant internal and external stakeholders in the planning and execution of department training objectives.
• Strategically prepare an overall and individualized training and development program/agenda that addresses needs and expectations in order to enhance the effectiveness of the workforce and service delivery.
• Assist Managers in preparing Training and Development plans for individual employees.
• Budget and source for external training providers who offer quality training but are reasonably priced.
• Responsible for the creation, inputting and updating, maintenance and filing of training matrix plans, training records including attendance training registers, certificates etc. and tracking all internal and external trainings on the TELL learning management system.
• Liaise with Human Resources Department for training records that should be maintained on the employee’s personal file.
• Schedule and facilitate training programs and development interventions for employees and external customers.
• Coordinate employee enrolment in training programs and courses.
• Draft training and development policies and procedures when required that support and promote order and efficiency in Customer Support/Technical systems.
• Coordinate implementation of Training and Development plans for individual employees.
• Enforce individual and external customers Training plans reinforced by TELL tracking system.
• Monitor training matrix plans and course catalogues using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other available applications
• Monitor and Evaluate training and development program’s effectiveness and success periodically and report on them and modifies where necessary
• Agree with Managers and direct Supervisors on frequency of periodical and tracking reports.
• Actively promote a Learning and Development culture as a means to achieve Customer satisfaction.
• Passion to teach the technical workforce to prioritise Learning and Development agenda/program within their work schedules.
• Resolve any specific problems and tailor programs as necessary. Fulfil functions delegated by the Service Manager and Operations Director.
• In consultation with the Service Manager and Operations Director, coordinate the development and establishment of Apprenticeship Program
Key Skills
• Adaptability to Learning Management Systems.
• Knowledge MS Office software.
• Ability to write analyze learning data, write useful reports, business correspondence, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from Management and other stakeholders.
• Proven ability to coordinate teams and make follow-ups.

Qualifications
• Acquired training skills from reputable institution, 3 to 6 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Ability to work a flexible work schedule required to meet multiple shifts and offsite locations
