Around the globe, RTI pursues innovative approaches to bring together private- and public-sector stakeholders to manage natural resources and promote sustainable livelihoods while conserving unique biodiversity. By improving service delivery and enhancing institutions, policy, and technical capacity, we strengthen water systems and sector management. We work with governments, communities, and key stakeholders interested in applying climate resilience frameworks, low-emission development strategies, and other new tools and approaches.
RTI is currently seeking professionals for an anticipated USAID funded water governance project in Zambia. The purpose of the project is to facilitate private sector-driven sustainable access to safe water, sanitation and hygiene services, strengthen the enabling environment through accountability and citizens engagement in underserved areas of Zambia (Northern, Western and Muchinga Provinces) for improved health and economic outcomes. Candidates should be fluent in English. .

Experts should possess at least 8 years of relevant experience. Experience with donor funded projects such as USAID, World Bank, KfW, African Development Bank (AfDB), DFID preferred.
