JOB DETAILS:
Unicaf University, an independent, accredited university, combining the best elements of international education, offering high quality internationally recognised qualifications, is growing and looking for a Dean of Academics in Lusaka, Zambia. .

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervises the Faculty Recruitment, Selection and Appraisals Process
• Ensures the implementation of UU Zambia Academic Regulations, and advises faculty and students accordingly
• Responsible for the monitoring of faculty, supervision of data collection and reporting on the quality of instruction and other academic parameters
• Oversees the scheduling of classes, maintenance of accurate academic records and ensures the timely preparation of reports related to academic activities and processes of UU Zambia
• Teaching online subjects in the area of specialisation
• Supervises students’ dissertation theses in the area of specialisation

Required Skills:
• A doctoral degree in a relevant field is mandatory
• Excellent command of the English language is essential
• Previous experience in Academic Administration, preferably in a high educational setting is indicated
