JOB DETAILS:
Maryland Global Initiatives Corporation (MGIC), with funding from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), is implementing the DelphiCare pilot project in Southern province in four selected districts, namely Pemba, Mazabuka, Monze, and Choma Districts.
This is a local facility-based study/pilot to help clinicians and nurses in paediatric HIV care for both HIV-exposed infants and HIV-infected children by use of a mobile tablet application.
Data Clerk (Interviewee)
This position will primarily work as part of DelphiCare Field Team and collect valid
and accurate data within specified timelines, with high levels of professionalism and confidentiality. .

Job Responsibilities:
• Ability to engage site staff in positive interactions to promote DelphiCare
• Ability to work independently daily with minimum supervision
• Ability to travel to participating sites and districts, this may include overnight travels
• Ready to engage in 50% travel
• Register and enter past clinical and medical records for scheduled patients onto DelphiCare system
• Enter data from clinical visit performed on DelphiCare into existing records
• Collet data on user feedback on DelphiCare experience
• Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
• Reports to DelphiCare coordinator

Job Skills: Not Specified

  Job Qualifications:
• Experience in working under ART Clinic
• Good understanding of the facility registers and other records
• Understands the MOH Health centre operations and protocols
• Experience with SmartCare is an added advantage
• Able to communicate in the local language
