Rentons is a health facility located in Lusaka and has been established to offer psychotherapy, counselling, motivation, wellbeing and other mental health related services. We are looking to recruit a vibrant, professional and diverse team of qualified candidates to take up a number of roles within the organization.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required:
• Minimum Qualification of a Master’s Degree in mental health and other related fields.
• Registered with the Health Professions Council of Zambia (HPCZ) and have a valid license to practice.
• 5 years’ professional experience in related fields.
• 3 written references.
• Strong Communication, Interpersonal & Influential Skill.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Counselling Skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership and administrative skills, and commitment to team work.
• Understanding of the manner in which the hospital services interconnect.
• Understanding of quality issues surrounding the provision of a medicine distribution service, and the training of technicians providing this service.
