School Manager
This job is a senior position and will report to the School Director
The Role of School Manager
The primary role is to oversee the operations of the School and assist the Head Teacher in the day to day business of the institution.
The School Manager will oversee the logistics, develop new business and ensure profitability. He / She will be responsible for assisting with the overall operations, recruiting and monitoring the performance of staff and managing operations as well as budgets. He / She should also develop and submit performance and progress reports to the Director. .

Minimum qualifications and requirements:
• Grade 12 School Certificate
• BSc/ BA in Business Administration or related field
• Experience and proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel Worksheets
• Proven experience in an Administration position, with clear and traceable work history
• Proven leadership skills and qualities will be an added advantage to educational qualifications
• In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental policies
• Must be Familiar with financial and facilities management principles
• Strong Interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organisation
• Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
