The Zambia Road Safety Trust is the nation’s leading Road Safety Charity No: 101/0503/15 registered under the Zambian Government NGO Act of
2009 and a member of the Global Alliance of NGOs for Road Safety.
The Zambia Road Safety Trust is an operational NGO, meaning we plan and carry out boots-on-the-ground projects to accomplish our objectives. This requires a great deal of careful planning, communication, and local involvement for each project.
With over 1000 members and volunteers nationwide, the Zambia Road Safety Trust can support the government efforts to address casualty reduction needs of road users, especially the most vulnerable (e.g. pedestrians, children,
women, cyclists, and motorcyclists).
Road Safety Trust (ZRST) has a highly-skilled, dedicated, experienced, and professional road safety team in the country. All our road safety activities are approved by the government through the Road Transport & Safety Agency as a major partner.
