JOB DETAILS:
We are looking to hire 12 qualified, reliable and motivated Operators to join our team. The Operators are to ensure free operation and maintenance of semi-automated equipment to meet company production volumes.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Ensure machines are properly set up for operation and perform regular maintenance
• Set up, adjust, and monitor the production process, including making cross-checks to troubleshoot any irregularities in the machines
• Inspect and adjust the equipment to the required product parameters
• Monitor the quality of the product and address any discrepancies immediately
• Monitor the flow of production, ensure all production processes are completed properly and efficiently
• Maintain and control inventory of raw materials and finished goods
• Perform general housekeeping duties and follow safety processes
• Prepare relevant reports

Qualifications and Technical Skills/Abilities
· Full Grade 12 School Certificate
· Certified Technician Diploma in Instrumentation or Electrical or Mechanical or equivalent.
· Good written and verbal communication skills with excellent problem solving skills.
· Self-starter, analytical and pays attention to detail
· Good understanding of industrial equipment
· 2-3 years hands on experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
