Location: Lusaka

Duties and Responsibilities
• Lead and monitor after sales activities to achieve set objectives and targets on all key customers, maintain a database of all special events.
• Maintain contact with all clients to obtain customer feedback regarding product/service. quality and Customer feedback form to be completed before release of a vehicle.
• Follow-up call to every customer within a week to check on performance, assist clients in resolving issues and complaints concerning service delivery.
• Daily update to the General Manager on any need to provide flowing of aftersales support (parts/service) to every unit that we sell. Arrange at least one aftersales visit with the General Manager or workshop manager weakly.
• Build and establish a good work relationship with clients to facilitate increased patronage and revenue.
• 80% retention on all clients on our database.
• Organize promotional and marketing campaigns to create awareness and product publicity via panel van utilization and distribution of company products to clients weekly.
• On all key customers, maintain a database of all special events.

Requirements
• First Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Auto Mechanics are eually encouraged to apply
• 2 years’ experience in Motor Industry
• Must have a driver’s license
