Job Summary
Reporting to the Field Manager, the Financial Advisor will be responsible for managing his activities, productivity and bringing in high quality business in line with the company set targets.

Main Duties/Responsibilities
• To Provide professional advice to clients.
• To Identify new business opportunities.
• New business acquisition.
• Leads generation and tracking of prospects.
• Gather market intelligence and advise the Field manager accordingly.

Minimum qualifications and experience
• G12 Certificate including Mathematics/Accounts and English.
• Must be 25 years of age and above.
• Diploma in business/Teaching or related field
• Degree in any field is added advantage
• Must be Mature with good communication skills (both oral and written).
• Should be assertive, an effective communicator, a team player, sociable, versatile & resourceful.
• Sales experience in the insurance industry is an added advantage.
• Good presentation skills.
• Must be able to demonstrate a keen ability to inter-relate with people of diverse background.
• Must have a service-orientated disposition.
• Must have been resident in the intended territory for thelast 12 months and must have had a working knowledge of the location for at least 6 months within the last 5 years.

Other required attributes
• Must have strong Selling skills.
• Must be able to demonstrate self-confidence, maturity, and can work independently and deliver results.
• Can work with minimum supervision.
• Be result-orientated with entrepreneurial drive to achieve set targets.
