JOB DETAILS:
In line with Section 64 (2) of the Urban and Regional Act No. 8 of 2015, the Planning Authority of Lusaka City Council hereby invites applications from suitably qualified, experienced, passionate and inspirational candidates to fill the following positions:
Part time planning/building inspectors (152)
Overall Job Purpose Assistance in the identification of illegal structures in all the 38 Wards of the City of Lusaka. The sole purpose of the recruitment is to intensify on development control with our City and involvement of Local communities in matters of development control and environmental management.

Qualifications
The candidates should have at least a certificate or craft in brick laying, construction technology or any other related field in the built environment.

Note:
• The engagement/employment will be commissioned based,
• Duration of the engagement will be twelve(12) months renewable contracts.
• Preferably, candidates should be residents of one of the 38 wards of Lusaka,
• Each ward will be assigned four (4) Part-Time Inspectors.
• Advert runs from 17th to 31 March, 2022.
