JOB DETAILS:
The successful candidate will be assisting the Executive Chef to oversee the preparation, cooking and presentation of meals in the Kitchen and supervision of staff in the overall production of food. .

 Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum of a Diploma/Certificate in in catering/food production with at least 2 years work experience in the same capacity.
• Must have experience to manage/ supervise a diverse team
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must have knowledge of food cost control
• Must be creative, computer literate and of a sober character
• Responsible for the production of all Food items for breakfast, Pack lunches, Lunch and Dinners
• Must have knowledge of Buffet Presentations – work with Dining Hall
• Supervisors to improve buffet presentations and introduce some new ideas in all dining halls
