JOB DETAILS:

We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post(s) of:
Chefs (2)
The Chefs will work at the school canteen overseeing its day-to-day operations.

Duties
• Food preparation, portioning, cooking and plating,
• Observing stock levels and supply needs and raising requisitions,
• Employing food safety practices and requirements according to institutional guidelines,
• Maintaining a clean and conducive Canteen area: interiors and exteriors; cleaning or any other relevant duties pertaining to kitchen work.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Should possess a minimum Grade 12 Certificate,
• Certificate in food production or equivalent,
• Health certificate from a reputable government Institution,
• Experience working in a school environment will be an added advantage.
