JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities
• Create and convert sales leads with new and existing customers for attainment of set sales targets
• Customer vetting and collection of KYC
• Manage and maintain customers’ accounts
• Building and maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients and potential.
• Maintains customer records.
• Resolve customers’ concerns and complaints .
• Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaint
• And any other duties assigned by your supervisor
Qualifications:
• Minimum of a grade 12 certificate
• Diploma in Business administration, or Business management or any related field
• Excellent communication Skills both written and verbal skills
• Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• At least one year work experience in similar position
