Data Quality Clerk x 2
Position Type: Fixed Term Contract
Reports to: Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
Location: Kawambwa
Job Purpose
To enter data into FANSER database. The job holder will need to efficiently manage a large amount of information that is often sensitive or confidential. .

Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Preparing and sorting documents for data entry
• Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted
• Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
• Creating data backups as part of a contingency plan

Minimum Requirements
• Certificate in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) or similar qualifications
• Familiarity with various computer programs such as MS Office
• Experience in data entry or similar work is an added advantage
• Ability to work under pressure
• Paying attention to detail
• Good command of English
