JOB DETAILS:

  Job Responsibilities:
• Machine Operator will be responsible for maintaining, controlling & operating food production machines
• Ensure that the incoming supply are conforming to standards as well as the outgoing
products while operating the machine.
• Responsible for production monitoring for machines
• Operators ensure that raw materials are never in shortage
• Responsible to achieve given target with high efficiency in production area
• Responsible to maintain hygiene and cleanliness in production area
• Responsible for optimum utilization of manpower, machine and materials
• Ensure operation according to standard procedure and producing the products according to the quality standards and specification.
• Ensures that Hygiene rules & GMP are strictly in place
• Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing.
• Ensure that equipment is maintained in good and safe working condition and always Inspect equipment to identify any replacements, malfunctions and repairs
• Evaluate equipment performance and recommend improvements
• Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and safety
• Contribute to waste management programs
• Maintaining a report of the total measure of goods manufactured per day
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor

  Job Qualifications:
• Certificate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or any related field
• At least 2 years’ experience as a Machine Operator in a busy food processing or manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and/or Production Procedures
• High Analytical Skills and attention to Detail.
• Team Player
• Physical Stamina and Strength
• Multi-tasking skills and should be Fast Learner
• Should be able to work at high temperatures.
• Applicants who possess knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety besides the other qualifications will be given preference
