JOB DETAILS:
Our client, an Aluminum Processing Plant is looking to fill two vital roles of a sales officer and a Human resource officer who will further add value to their Lusaka based dynamic team. This opportunity is ideal for talented persons, keen to make immediate contributions and prove their caliber. successful candidates will be responsible for the following:

Human Resource Officer:
1. Assist in recruitment, interviewing and selection processes
2. Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs
3. Maintain employee records and HR databases.
4. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Must have a Certificate or diploma in Human Resource Management or any related field
2. Experience in Human Resource or any related role is needed.

Sales Officer:
1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
2. Build and maintain relationships with clients
3. achieve or exceed sales targets and KPI’s
4. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management

Qualifications and Experience
1. Certificate or Diploma in Business, Marketing or any related field
2. Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
4. Ability to work independently or as a Team
