Main Responsibilities
• Carry out various operations and support procurement affairs of the daily procurement business of the representative office, including Technical Quality and Certification (TOC), document management, platform work support, supporting project strategy, procurement plan
• Responsible for project delivery or specific operation of sporadic procurement projects of comprehensive categories, including simple procurement requirement clarification, inquiry, system operation, contract creation, review, paper parts signing, scanning and filing, etc Collect and review the basic information of EHS and network security of suppliers

Requirements
• Full Grade 12 Certificate or its equivalent
• Bachelor's Degree in Purchasing and Supply or equivalent
• A qualification from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply(CIPS) will be an added advantage Member of the Zambia Institute of Purchasing and Supply Good communication and coordination skills, global concept and team spirit;
• Experience in project delivery, supply chain management, product development and testing business negotiation
• Basic command in various software (EXCEL, PPT, etc.);
