Radisson Blu Hotel & Convention Centre, Kigali is looking for External dynamic professional candidate, with Yes I Can attitude to fill the position of SPA Therapist which requires to ensure clients receive requested treatments according to Amani SPA’s standard operating procedures and policies
EXTERNAL VACANT POSITION
POSITION TITLE: SPA Therapist
REPORTS TO|: SPA Manager

Primary Objectives of the Position To take responsibility/ownership and do whatever is required to provide a truly memorable experience for the guest fulfilling the duties as a Therapist and team member experience for the guest fulfilling the duties as a Therapist and team member at Amani Spa, Kigali. To have a clear understanding of, and work in line with, all related standards, core values, visions and goals of Amani Spa, Kigali. To ensure clients receive requested treatment according to the spa’s standard operating procedures and policies.

Duties and responsibilities

• Provide the core of the spa experience: the treatment.
  
• Deliver special individual and unique service to all guests in Spa.
  
• Deliver highest level of comfort and service and create a genuine, warm and welcoming environment for our guests.
  
• Ensure the handover is completed in the guest journey as per the outlined standard, follow up on treatment experience, expectations and act on any discrepancies.
  
• Ability to take responsibility for the customer service in the spa with high level of social skills.
  
• High standard of presentation is essential together with reliability and punctuality.
  
• Perform spa treatments to a high standard.
  
• On completion of the Guests treatment experience, guide them to their next area.
  
• Following scheduled roster and daily appointment schedule
  
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of treatment rooms and spa
  
• Manager levels of professional stock and supplies
  
• Reference and abide by spa’s Standard Operating Procedures, Policies & Forms Manuals.
  

Laws, Regulations and Policies

• Follows all applicable laws and corporate standards and guidelines

EXPERIENCE
Proven experience in SPA therapy is required. Qualification is an advantage.
Skills: Perform massage, facials, waxing, manicure, pedicure.
