Sales and Marketing Executive Officers

Farm Christarene, a unique wholly Zambian-owned company, is looking to employ two (02) Sales and Marketing Executive Officers with knowledge and experience in closing sales of mixed farm products for medium, large and open market clientele.

Reporting Structure
• Reporting to: Director Marketing
• Location: Head Office, Olympia, Lusaka, Zambia
• Salary: Negotiable Basic Pay plus commission

Required Sales & Marketing Abilities
• Gender Profile: Male or Female
• Age Profile: Between 25 and 35 years of age
• Highly organized and, if successful, available to start work immediately.
• Ability to meet targets
• Excellent interpersonal negotiation and communication (spoken and written) skills
• Manual driver’s license is a must and a motor bike license will be an added advantage

Job Description
• To gain & understand knowledge of the seasonal farm products and its market
• Perform customer needs analyses and develop key account strategies
• Work as a team to meet sales targets
• Develop a strong and long-term business relationship with key accounts by evaluating and understanding the customer’s needs
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Make and Complete follow-ups from initial client contact
• Negotiation and closing of farm product related deals
• Prepare daily / weekly / monthly reports based on targets

Candidate Specification
• Work Experience
• Minimum two-three years’ sales experience

Qualifications
• Diploma in Agriculture or Diploma in Sales and Marketing or equivalent
• Software Knowledge
• Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word

Personality
• Aggressive and self-motivated in sales marketing activities

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Associate Degree
