JOB DETAILS:
Naipu Mining Machinery (Zambia) Company Limited is a manufacturing enterprise which always concentrates on the mine selection equipment and rubber wear spare parts. Our plant is based in Sabina area and our target is serving the African mining markets with durable mining machines spare parts. Naipu Mining Machinery (Z) Co. Limited now seeks to recruit suitably qualified individuals to fill in the following vacant positions.

3. JOB TITLE: Security Officers (2)

Job Purpose
shall be responsible for company security management; in line with the company’s security-related policies and requirements, provide work guidance, training, and supervision to the security personnel so as to maintain the company’s good image and ensure pandemic prevention and control as well as the safety of company personnel and property within the factory premises

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: -
 Manage the various tasks of the security team according to the system and requirements.
 Responsible for the attendance and job allocation of security personnel.
 Keep abreast of security personnel's thoughts, work, family, etc., care for colleagues, and report problems in a timely manner.
 Responsible for inspecting and supervising the environmental sanitation, personnel dress and etiquette regulations of each guard room every week to maintain a good image of the company.
 Responsible for inspecting the implementation of the security personnel system, including entry and exit registration and entry reminders.
 Strictly implement security-related systems, including personnel and vehicle entry and exit registration, factory entry prompts, and identification tag issuance and receipt, etc, to ensure the safety of company personnel and property.

Requirements
Grade 12 Certificate.
 Male,age 25 to 40.
 Previous experience as a security guard
 Three years work experience and above.
 Have a strong sense of responsibility.
 Good communication skills.

Level of Education: Professional Certificate
