JOB DETAILS:
Purpose Of The Job:
Conduct training in Rigging at artisan level and short courses in order to meet the skilled manpower requirements of KCM and external clients.

Main Roles & Responsibilities:
• Plan & implement training programmes in order to ensure the delivery of quality training.
• Conduct formative & summative assessments in order to monitor progress and certify trainee competence
• Responsible for all training equipment, tools and materials under their charge.
• Conduct theory & practical lessons in accordance with KCM & TEVETA standards in order to ensure the transfer of knowledge and skills to trainees.
• Maintain discipline among trainees in order to enhance learning and inculcate good working attitude.
• Implement SHEQ policies in order to promote safety, health and risk awareness among trainees and instructors.

Requirements:
• Grade 12 school certificate Diploma in Rigging with 5 years’ experience
• Training/Teaching Qualification.
• Good oral & written skills.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: High School
