KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To perform basic Nursing care
  
• Implement a comprehensive and accurate nursing assessment
  
• Formulate a set of interventions based on assessment data
  
• Manage, provide & promote high quality nursing care to clients through safe and effective work
  
• Educate clients to maintain and promote health using an evidence-based approach
  
• Any other duty that may be assigned by immediate supervisor
  
• To implement advanced Physiotherapy practices within the department
  
• To ensure the patients receive high quality clinical care
  
• To ensure the required standards of documentation in accordance with hospital standards for records and record keeping
  
• To assist the manager physiotherapy unit implement research/evidence based practice & audit clinical outcomes, to inform and lead clinical practice and set clinical standards
  
• To assist in safe practice by supervising all drug intravenous therapy and blood administration being used on patients.
  
• Any other task given by the supervisor
  

JOB SPECIFICATION

• A minimum of a degree in Nursing (A0) or a related field
  
• Experience of 3 years in a healthcare setting
  
• Proven Computer literacy
  
• Job Knowledge & Skill, Cooperation, Communication, Clients service focus and supervision
  
• Should be a customer care focused
  
• Must have a valid license to practice issued by NCNM
  
• Not more than 35 years of age
  
• A minimum of a degree (A0) in Physiotherapy or a related field
  
• Experience of 3 years in a healthcare setting
  
• Proven Computer literacy
