JOB DETAILS:
The Natural Resources Development College (NRDC) invites applications from all candidates interested in enrolling for the Fisheries and Aquaculture Diploma program under either full-time or distance learning modes. The program commences on 6th Jan 2020 for Distance learning and 24th Feb 2020 for Full-time learning.
Program upgrade
The program is currently being upgraded with assistance from the Aquaculture Technical, Vocational and Entrepreneurship Training for Improved Private Sector and Smallholder Skills (AQ TEVET) Project; being implemented by WorldFish and partners, and funded by The Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (NORAD).
Upgraded program will include
• An updated curriculum (short and long term courses) and training tools.
• Practical skills training at the NRDC's new aquaculture field training center.
• An online training platform that can be accessed in a new computer laboratory.
• Internships with private sector firms operating along the aquaculture value chain.. .
