Application Procedure

Interested applicants should provide a company profile enlisting their legal standing; mandate authorised business activities, year of company registration, business specialisation, key human resource, machinery and equipment, historical work scope, key clients, and minimum of three (3) recommendations from leading clients.

Submission Requirements

All applicants should submit their expression of interest with the following documents:

1. Company profile (with the set insertions)

2. Copy of certificate of incorporation 3. Latest Pacra print out

4. Copy of valid tax clearance certificate 5. Copy of Valid NAPSA certificate

6. Contact details (phone and email)

Submission Guidelines

Interested companies should submit their EOI, on or before 11th December 2022, addressed to the procurement officer. The EOI should be physically dropped, at Aflife Properties offices, Mpile Office Park (4 floor) on 74 independence Avenue fourth floor.

Kindly note the following:

• Current suppliers and contractors must re-apply as existing suppliers who do not reapply will cease to be on the suppliers list.
• Suppliers are only allowed to apply for a maximum of three (3) categories.
• Only successful companies will be notified after preliminary evaluation and due diligence/ site visits. However, please note that registration does not constitute automatic offer of business.
• We reserve the right to accept or reject any application and to annul the prequalification process and reject any applications at any time at nil liability.
• During periodical reviews, we reserve the right to deregister suppliers who do not respond to invitations more than three times.
• No payment will be sought from supplier during and after this process.

Note: All applications must be clearly stated in the subject "Registration of Suppliers for the year 2023/2024" and include the category being applied for.
