JOB DETAILS:
Employment Opportunity at Scirocco Enterprises Ltd. – New Project
Scirocco Enterprises Ltd. is pleased to announce exciting employment opportunities for skilled individuals to join our new project. We are urgently seeking experienced professionals based in Lusaka Province to fill the following positions:

1. Construction Supervisor (1 Position)
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate construction activities to ensure project milestones are met.
• Manage teams of operators, drivers, and mechanics on-site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate with project stakeholders.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction supervision.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of construction machinery and project management principles.

2. Grader Operators (3 Positions)
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate graders to level and prepare surfaces for construction.
• Conduct routine maintenance and checks on equipment.
• Work closely with the construction team to meet project requirements.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating graders.
• Proven ability to handle construction equipment safely and efficiently.
• Valid operating licenses and certifications.

3. Screed Operators (2 Positions)
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate screed machines for accurate leveling of asphalt and concrete surfaces.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure smooth finishes.
• Perform minor equipment repairs and maintenance.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience as a screed operator.
• Knowledge of asphalt paving techniques and tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

4. Steel Roller Operators – Asphalt (1 Position)
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate steel rollers for compacting asphalt surfaces during paving projects.
• Ensure proper compaction and smoothness of the finished surface.
• Perform regular equipment checks and minor repairs.

Requirements:
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with asphalt rolling equipment.
• Familiarity with asphalt paving and compaction techniques.
• Valid machinery operating licenses.

5. Mechanics (4 Positions)
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on construction machinery.
• Ensure equipment is operational and meets safety standards.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and report issues promptly.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience as a mechanic in construction or heavy equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
• Certification in mechanical engineering or related fields is an advantage.

6. Drivers (10 Positions)
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate heavy-duty vehicles to transport equipment and materials.
• Follow assigned routes and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain vehicles and report any mechanical issues.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience driving heavy-duty vehicles.
• Valid driver’s license for the appropriate vehicle class.
• Strong knowledge of road safety regulations.

• Location: Applicants must be based in Lusaka Province.
