JOB DETAILS:
Objective
• To ensure success in your role as Head Chef you should be an excellent leader with great organization skills and impeccable time management skills. You should also be a creative individual capable of creating dishes that set us apart.

Responsibilities
• Ensure that all food is of excellent quality and served on time.
• Planning the menu, keeping in mind the budget and availability of stock
• Coordinating kitchen staff and assisting them as required.
• Training staff to prepare and cook all the menu items.
• Enforcing safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen
• Creating new recipes to keep the menu fresh.
• Receiving feedback and making improvements where necessary
• Ensure all staff members are wearing the correct PPE.
• Check freshness of food and discard out of date items.

Requirements and Skills
• Full G 12 Certificate
• Diploma in food Production
• 3 Years Experience
• Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
