JOB DETAILS:

Base Salary: K3,500 monthly.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage a team of DSAs to meet and exceed sales targets.
Provide ongoing coaching, training, and motivation to optimize team performance.
Monitor individual and team performance to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Develop and implement actionable sales strategies to drive results.
Conduct regular team meetings to share updates, address challenges, and review progress.
Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure excellent customer service.
Prepare and submit detailed sales reports to management.
Participate in the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new sales agents.

Minimum Qualifications
Full Grade 12 Certificate.
Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
At least 2 years of sales experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role.

Required Skills and Attributes
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to thrive under pressure and motivate a team in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in sales planning, reporting, and analysis.
