JOB DETAILS:

Responsibilities:
• Accurately record and maintain inventory data for copper and related materials in a bonded warehousing environment.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
• Monitor inventory movement, identify discrepancies, and investigate any issues related to copper materials.
• Collaborate with warehouse personnel to ensure the smooth flow of copper materials and efficient operations.
• Coordinate with customs authorities and adhere to regulations for bonded warehousing, specifically for copper products.
• Assist in preparing shipping documents, such as bills of lading and customs forms, related to copper shipments.
• Generate reports on inventory levels, production output, and material usage for management review.
• Utilize computerized inventory management systems to accurately record and track copper material data.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols while performing inventory-related tasks, specifically related to copper and hazardous materials.

Qualifications:
• High School certificate, Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Tally Clerk in bonded warehousing and mining operations, with knowledge in handling copper and related materials.
• Understanding of customs regulations and procedures for bonded warehousing, specifically for copper products.
• Familiarity with mining industry requirements, equipment, and materials, particularly related to copper extraction and handling.
• Proficiency in using computerized inventory management systems for accurate data recording and tracking.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure accurate inventory records.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with warehouse personnel and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of health and safety protocols related to handling copper and hazardous materials.
