Job Summary:
We are seeking to hire enthusiastic and customer-oriented recent graduates to join our team as Waitresses. As a Waitress, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive dining experience. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and assist customers with their needs. This position requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanour, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Recent graduates with a passion for hospitality and a desire to learn are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, provide recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and ensure their prompt delivery to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages to guests, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and provide additional assistance as needed.
• Process payments, handle cash transactions, and accurately operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, seating areas, and service stations.
• Assist in setting up tables, arranging decorations, and preparing the restaurant for service.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service and create a positive work environment.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:
• Recent graduate or equivalent qualification in hospitality, hotel management, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift trays of food or drinks when necessary.
• Must be polite and should speak good English.
• Must come from the following locations Garden, Rhodespark and North mead.
