MARKETING OFFICERS VACANCY ADVERTISEMENT
Rakellz Dream Initiative (RDI) is a non-governmental organization established and dedicated to raising cervical cancer awareness and prevention programs in Zambia. The programs will aim at promoting messages of early detection and providing an effective information dissemination system using the performing arts.
Vision
• To become an awareness platform for people across all sections in Zambia on the need for early cervical cancer detection and treatment to mitigate and prevent death.
Goal
• To create awareness about cervical cancer, its effects and the availability of prevention services.
RDI is looking for suitable persons to fulfill the following positions on voluntary bases
Position 1: Lusaka 3 Marketing Officers
Position 2: Kabwe Marketing Officer
Position 3: Kasama Marketing Officer. .

JOB SUMMARY
• Present training and/or communication materials to internal and external stakeholders
• Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects.
• Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results.
• Manage and be accountable for program budgets, work plans, documentation, execution and analysis of programs.
• Determine and manage the marketing budget
• Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
• Solicit, summarize and present feedback from internal and external stakeholders on individual campaigns, programs and/or initiatives.

• Strong leadership skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Experience in Marketing field
