JOB DETAILS:
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons for the position of field Capitao.
The successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out field supervision

Key Performance Areas
• Implements the field plans
• Ensures discipline in the section
• Executes weekly planned activities on irrigation
• Daily labour supervision
• Submits routine daily reports to the farm Manager
• Labour mandays recording and reporting
• Submits weekly activity reports
• Implements the company safety, Health, Environment and Quality Management in the section
• Ensure discipline is maintained amongst subordinates

Qualification And Experience
• Diploma in General Agriculture
• Full grade 12 certificate with at least 5 credits
• Zambian with green national registration card
• with minimum of one (1) year of experience in the job
• Above 24 years of age
• Must be a member of Agricultural institute of Zambia (AIZ)
