JOB DETAILS:
Perry Penn Corporate Strategists are recruiting:
6 Senior Telemarking Executives (or internship) for an upmarket 4 week project in acquisitions and mergers commencing in January near Crossroads, Leopards Hill Road, Lusaka. Skill is better than experience for this role. Age is very flexible. Telephone manner is very important.
The successful candidates will work via phone with our CEO to speak to Managing Directors of local and international businesses to identify a suitable strategic partner.
You will have a high level of motivation and a professional telephone manner, enabling you to conduct a short conversation with Managing Directors on the phone. You will aim to gain their agreement to receive an email which will introduce the business opportunity to them explaining the merger opportunity.
You will then follow up the email and find out if they wish to receive an Information Memorandum (IM). You will receive a bonus for every IM correctly sent out. The individual who finds the successful investor will receive a K15000 additional bonus.
This project is expected to last 4 weeks, and there is a bonus paid to all who remain with the team until their contribution is complete.
The work hours are 8 – 17 hrs 4 days per week, Monday – Thursday.
On Target Earnings are: K 5000 for 16 days work including basic, transport & bonuses. The project may be longer or shorter than 16 days. The individual who brings in the lead that results in the deal will earn an additional K15,000 bonus.
