Key Responsibilities
• Policy Administration
• Customer Service
• General advice to clients on basic insurance products
• Admin support for front office Renewal and retention management
• Preparation of monthly management reports

Required qualifications & Experience
• Diploma in Insurance
• Grade 12 with Merit or better in English and Mathematics
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Underwriting and Policy Administration

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Associate Degree
