JOB DETAILS:
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager/Sales Executive to join our growing team. The position is focused on securing new business opportunities, across our Networking, Security, Unified Communications and & Data Centre portfolio, in the Corporate, Enterprise & Government sector with vendor solutions from Cisco, Dell-EMC, Checkpoint, NetApp, Ruckus, VMWare, HP etc based in Lusaka. .

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Identify, progress and harness a qualified and comprehensive pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Through a solution sales approach to forge and develop a clear understanding of customers business and technology requirements and to develop a qualified pipeline of sales opportunity.
• Develop long-term and strategic relationships.
• Prepare and submit customer proposals.

  Skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in dealing with UK and overseas partners as well as senior staff from diverse organisations.E
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office software (word processing and spreadsheets)
• Excellent time management skills and ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Team player able to work independently when required and to manage a diverse and heavy workload

REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Proven track record of selling ICT services into the corporate marketplace.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communicator and experienced at delivering sophisticated sales presentations at a senior leve.

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS:
• University degree with a relevant business, sales, marketing and or technical background.
• At least 3+ years in a similar Account Management, Sales , Strategic Business Development or Solution Sales role.
