Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
– Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communications and ensuring client satisfaction.
– Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to client needs and objectives.
– Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing.
– Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to clients.
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality work.
– Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell additional services to clients.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide clients with innovative solutions.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
– Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role within a digital marketing agency.
– Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
– Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
– Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, HubSpot).
Preferred Qualifications:
– Certification in digital marketing or related fields.
– Experience with CRM software and project management tools.
