JOB DETAILS:
Accountant .

Duties and Responsibilities
• Prepare company accounts and financial statements in line with International Financial Reporting Standards
• Prepare tax payments in compliance with tax regulations
• Report and analyse all problems experienced with the Company accounts so that remedial action can be promptly taken
• Adequately facilitate all audits and other financial reviews as required from time to time
• Prepare & submit information timely as required by the Regulator
• Ensure that any outstanding imprest is fully retired
• Provide assistance in the preparation of the company budget
• Maintain an asset register for the company
• Preparation of variance analysis on a monthly basis
• Provide input into reports prepared by other stakeholders as needed

Qualifications and Skills
• Fully qualified with CA Zambia or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years experience in an Accountancy related role
• Ability to produce accurate financial reports
• Must be a member of ZICA
• Must be accurate and pay excellent attention to detail
