JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose
Reporting to the Farm Manager, the purpose of the job is to provide a financial and management accounting service for the Magobbo Project together with the management of the office and IT systems, procurement, stores and Human Resources administration

Main Responsibilities
• Capital Expenditure & Biological asset accounting
• Budgeting and cost control
• Accounting records, management of receivable and payable accounts and reconciliations
• Bank Reconciliations and cash management
• Payroll administration and processing
• Financial Reporting including preparation of Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Cash Flow Statement
• Tax Compliance and all dealings with ZRA
• Implementation of financial controls and internal and external Audits
• Procurement & stores administration
• Preparation of disbursement schedules to Farmers
• Human Resources Administration
• Office & IT Management

Qualifications and Experience
• Minimum requirement is a BAcc, ACCA, CIMA, ZICA, or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years post qualification work experience, preferably in a large scale agricultural enterprise
• Proficient in computer use, especially MS Office and accounting software packages
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail with a high level of integrity

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
