JOB DETAILS:
Qualified and experienced Accountant looking for a long term position that’s offering an opportunity to grow and flourish. You must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written and be confident in working autonomously when required. .

This position will entail but not be limited to:
• Accounts payable
• Accounts receivable
• Daily bank reconciliations
• Maintaining the general ledger
• Invoicing and receiving
• Daily and weekly sales reports
• Payroll
• Reporting to the CEO and external accountants
• Assisting with the completion of BAS’s
• Taking phone queries from customers and suppliers
• Uploading eft payments for authorization
• Maintaining intracompany transactions
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• The ability to work professionally under pressure and multi-task
• The passion for providing every guest with a positive experience
• Consistent pride in their grooming and presentation
• Availability to work full time hours, morning, evening and weekend shifts
• Knowledge Point of Sale and Hotel Reservation systems
• Drivers/ Motor cycle license preferable

MUST Have
• ZICA AND OR RELATED TERTIARY QUALIFICATIONS
• Diploma and Certificates a must
• Familiar with Accounting Software e.g. Pastel, Quickbooks
• Must be familiar with Zambian tax laws and requirements for business operations
