Marsha Fitness is a leading sportswear brand that inspires our community to embrace a healthy and stylish lifestyle. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team in Lusaka.

Key Responsibilities
– Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring financial transactions are properly recorded.
– Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
– Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash.
– Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
– Daily and Weekly Reconciling with sales team and distributors respectively.
– Handle queries related to accounts and finance from internal and external stakeholders.
– Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
– Manage payroll processing and ensure timely payment of salaries.
– Prepare and submit statutory returns including NAPSA, NHIMA, PAYE, and other taxes.
– Handle tax-related matters, including VAT returns and tax reconciliations.

Requirements
– Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
– A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
– Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Excel.
– Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Knowledge of Zambian tax laws and financial regulations is an added advantage.
